Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges:
- 30-Day Return Window: Returns and exchanges are allowed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Contact Us: Please contact us with your order number and a brief message explaining the issue. We'll do our best to make it right.
- Shipping Labels: If you're mailing the returned item, we'll provide a shipping label for you to print and attach to the package.
- Response Time: Allow 24-48 hours for a response, and 7 days for the refund.
- No Fees: There are no return or restocking fees.
Shipping Policy:
- Shipping Costs: Standard shipping cost up to $50 in purchases.
- Free Shipping: For purchases over $50, shipping is free.
- No Return Shipping Fee: There is no fee for returning items.
Refunds:
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, the amount will be credited to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
- Credit Card Purchases: Credit and debit card purchases will be credited to the same card.
- Cash Purchases: Cash purchases will be refunded in cash.
- Gift Cards: Purchases made with a gift card will be credited to a new merchandise card.
Exceptions:
- Food Products: We normally do not accept returns on food products. Please contact us with any issues with the biscuits bakes by The Canine Cookie Company.
- Damaged Items: Returns are only possible if the item is damaged in transit or has a manufacturer's defect.
- Receipt Required: A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Non-Returnable Items: Discontinued or discounted items marked as “Last Chance,” “Final Sale,” or similar, and bulk biscuit purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
